We understand relationships! Occasionally a relationship exists that is not likely to be replaced. None the less, business recognizes the need for due diligence and compliance.  It is essential to perform an annual plan review, employee education, implementation, and back office service. Our mission is to provide comprehensive benefits packaged at a reasonable price while limiting the liability for your organization and employees.  We strive to offer an unparalleled level of service and communication to provide all with a positive experience.We find that employees perform many different roles within their business.  Many businesses do not have the time or expertise to deal with the changing marketplace. We serve as an extension of an organizations HR department.We are an independent advisory firm that provides administrative support for small and large businesses, in all aspects of the group benefit market place.On occasion an organization does not wish to have a Broker.  We serve in the capacity of an independent consultant to assist the group in navigating their company through the complexities of the health care system.   


This is a fee bases cafeteria program based on the number of members and election of services.

*Ongoing plan maintenance:               

  •  Enrollments

Client services provided by Trilogy Group Benefits, LLC staff:


Initial consultation to discover where you are and what direction you wish to proceed with respect
to Group Health, Life, Short and Long Term Disability Insurance, Dental, Vision and 401K options.
Group Health Insurance:


• Review current plan and renewal options
• Shop up to nine comparable carriers with client’s prepared census
• Prepare spreadsheets for all quotes collected along with plan designs for client presentation book
• Review with client and discuss viable alternatives
• If change of carrier is desired, prepare submission package for client and their staff to complete
• “Scrub” applications and work with client for a “clean” submission
• Submit all documents to carrier of choice for final rates and enrollment
• Prepare “Contact” sheet showing pertinent telephone numbers and plan designs for employees’ reference point
• Conduct group meeting on site with all employees explaining new carrier, benefits and procedures
• Schedule regular quarterly visits on site to visit with employees and staff regarding questions and concerns
• Work with Human Resources Director on a daily basis to effect enrollment changes and answer any questions including COBRA issues
• Schedule monthly appointment with new hires to complete forms and explain benefits
• Process changes in enrollment with the carrier on client’s behalf including COBRA enrollment and letters
• Field employees’ phone calls on a daily basis answering questions and interceding for them with the carrier
• Upon renewal we start the quoting process over again preparing spread sheets , client books and client meetings.
